Our experience has been horrific. We have literally been left hung out to dry by those whom we trusted and had a signed, legal contract. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Coldwell Banker under any circumstances.

We used one realtor in particular, Gail, through coldwell banker. WE found every home we were interested in and she merely facilitated the visits- we consistently felt like Gail was not representing us well to the sellers. (Saying she wanted everything to be fair for everyone). After moving into our home our neighbors knew my husband would be deploying (which clearly Gail had disclosed to the sellers, so they would know we were EAGER to move in, and therefore would pay $$$), additionally the previous owners broke a window before our move in. After calling Gail weekly for 6 months she said "she washed her hands of it" and that WE COULD PAY!!
Almost a year has passed and we have to replace an expensive window that we did not break.
Additionally, when we undertake any future real estate dealings, we will certainly not utilize the services of Coldwell Banker and be reluctant to contract with any other realtor.
Imagine the distress and disappointment that we now feel to learn that the escrow funds that should have been released to us according to the RECP were released to the buyer (who was in default) without our knowledge. The contractual agreement to provide mediation services were not provided. Clearly, our faith in Coldwell Banker has been misplaced.
